@ZARA_Care I purchased a jacket 09/11/23. Only worn it a few times per week and already the sleeves, cuffs, collar and pockets have developed so much bobbles & looks grubby. A popper has now literally just come off. This jacket is not fit for purpose. Requesting a full refund.
