If you have issues with outward transfers, and you really “appreciate how frustrating it is for me”, then you should allow me to move the money back into my mobile money account whilst you try to fix the issue.

@GraceFa30430716 @DashMeApp I reported the issue in the app, and after several hours, someone finally responded to confirm awareness of the issue and stated that a team was working to resolve it.

@DashMeApp A couple of days ago, I transferred some amount of money into my dash account to top up existing balance and use the amount to pay for provisions. However, all payment attempts have been unsuccessful. I reported issue in the app but issue has still not been resolved
