@CrossCountryUK why have you massively oversold tickets for this service? It’s always busy as you know. The driver is asking us to keep the doors clear for health and safety purposes. Could you please advise how we are supposed to? And how this is remotely h&s compliant?

@AskTasksupport I did. Approximately one minute later I received a fraud notification from my bank advising that an attempt to spend £945.45 had just been made on the same account. Not by me… Coincidence? I messaged the agent to advise that their fraudulent attempt had been blocked…
