@AskPlayStation I’ve contacted the support bot, support staff on chat, Twitter, and called. All I got so far was, “sorry our tools are having issues, contact us later today, have a nice day”. This is unacceptable. Is this how Sony PlayStation responds to all their hacked account requests?!

@AskPlayStation My account was hacked. Hacker changed my login email address username and password. They used my credit card for multiple purchases which I now froze. My personal information is still on the account along with all my data and games I’ve had for the last 10 years.
