Quarantine hotels are workplaces. Employers have a duty under the WA OHS Act to provide & maintain a working environment so that employees are not exposed to hazards, so far as is reasonably practicable.

Part of that means providing adequate PPE. Surgical masks aren't "adequate"

Entered a room >15 minutes after people were in it. Covid safe checkin protocols followed, hand sanitizer, max capacity signposted.

Yet CO2 levels show that the room had poor ventilation & presents a high risk of aerosol transmission
