@theliverdoc Just finished. What a book for a debut author! A roller-coaster ride. Feel better informed, aware, entertained, saddened, euphoric and seething. I hope a lot of people read this to understand how uncertain life can be. The least one can do is to make more informed life choices.

@theliverdoc 106 pages so far. I love the way you explain the origin of each disease and how the treatment for each has evolved/refined over time. It is a tough task to not make it sound academic but informative, woven into the narrative. You have managed it brilliantly.

@IndiGo6E I got a call. The lady was just quoting rules. My point is simple. If a customer is buying 50kg additional baggage then the most humane thing to do, of course, is to remove the limit on the number. You can make money but lose loyalty in current method.

@IndiGo6E we flew last night BlR-COK. Had paid for 50kg excess wr. Counter wanted to charge for excess pieces. Ridiculous. If that's rhe case your app must prompt us abt this When we pay for the excess weight. Defies logic that 95kg should be in 3 pcs.
