@bt_uk I’ve not heard anything, I get promised that I will get a phone call back and no one ever does, I need this sorted and nobody is doing anything about it. That Manager 2 nights back promised me a call back and never did. I’m actually disgusted with your customer service.

@bt_uk 4 engineers out - over 6 weeks - finally get the line in, and I’m told another 4 weeks to connect it - can’t speak to a manager as he’s working from home and off tomorrow ?? This is terrible customer service

@bt_uk The engineer lied. Said he will be back tomorrow. Just called bt and spoke with Zane (based in Accrington Lancashire) he said the engineer won’t be coming back until the following week now - not good enough. It’s a children home.
