Kenyan doctors are really abusing the privilege of knowledge and weak county governments supervisory controls. Explain to me why they should be paid by our taxes yet they spend three quarters of the time in their private hospitals? I suggest that doctors who operate private hospitals and working in public hospitals be paid only based on the visits they make to public hospitals. @KenyaGovernors
