@picturehouses Your refund line refused to give me a refund for the Free Solo screening at Crouch End even though your title for this screening was misleading. At the time of booking it was "Free Solo + Live Event", now updated to "Free Solo + Live Satellite Event"

@picturehouses Oh it's much more than that. It's not about it not being clear. This was clearly misleading. The customer service said that it's not possible for the title of the screening to change as they would have to cancel the screening, yet the title did change.
