Graduating is a privilege I never thought I’d be able to achieve and despite not graduating with a classification I was at least able to take a stand and protest the decisions the uni and UCEA have taken. Universities need to #settlethedispute and renegotiate with @ucu now.

Hundreds of students are missing marks at University of Liverpool. The university is refusing to negotiate and docking staff 50% of their wages.

At todays Open Day students have been handing out leaflets to prospective students/parents making them aware of the ongoing dispute.

Students are starting to ask why their grades aren’t being returned for recent assignments. We could tell them about the UCU’s marking and assessment boycott and how we caused that. Instead we’ve put yet another tent up in Abercromby Square. Tim’s got shares in Millets.

Uni managers who think they can get away with graduating students with incomplete transcripts should look into what happened here in 2021. It did not go well. There was immense student anger. An accreditation body got involved. Students will not accept sham degrees.
