My friend bought a £440 Samsung washing machine from @JohnLewisRetail in January. It has now broken and customer service have decided over the phone without looking at it that it is a door seal (it’s not) and is not covered. Apparently no managers available

@ArgosHelpers This was bought from the Montague Street, Worthing store. I don’t think the customer service rep understood how difficult it is to disassemble and return a large item when you have a baby with you.
@Argos_Online rubbish customer service. Bought a cot which has marks and dents all over it. Cannot return to store as my baby will not have anything to sleep in tonight. Live chat customer service person just said nothing they could do.
@teespring disappointed with quality of item delivered today - texture of fabric around the printed area is horrible. Shame for how much it cost and no way of returning
