The mention of the 24 hour staggering of the first couple of patients was the greatest acknowledgement given by #AVCT yesterday, that the safety profile (at the minimum) is looking very good so far in the the 6103 P1 trial.

Any unwanted side effects in that first patient (which would have been evident the first 24 hours, such is the potency of naked exatecan), and the second patient would not have been dosed, for obvious ethical reasons.

The translation is that they already know 6103 is a safer drug than exatecan, in humans.

Prove the Gen2 platform... and the sky is the limit. Just look across the pond at $RVMD!
