Flew #AirIndia Delhi -London on Friday. Boring journey. Food, drinks bare minimum standard. Inflight entertainment out of action again for a large part of economy cabin. Fare is not cheap. #AirIndiaManagement Is it a deliberate policy not to repair this? When will things improve?

@airindiain had a very unhappy experience during Mumbai London flight. Paid £1300 for an economy class #AirIndia return flight. Toilet seats were broken, entertainment system, overhead reading light, call for assistance, mobile charging socket all non functional on the flight!!
