padahal brand lain kayak nike atau puma cuma punya satu logo ikonik.

Intinya gini hu, Manajemennya itu kepedean sama masa depan. Tiap tahun nambah kapasitas karena ngerasa demand bakal terus naik, padahal begitu kapasitas naik working capital ikut meledak juga, bahan baku numpuk, piutang makin panjang, duit ke-lock semua di situ. Di laporan laba rugi labanya kelihatan gede, tapi kasnya seret karena duitnya muter di operasional dan bayar bunga. Yang dikejar manajemen growth terus, bukan ngasih napas buat keuangannya, jadi solusinya tiap tahun ya sama, narik utang baru lagi dan lagi. Selama bank masih mau ngasih, kelihatan aman, tapi begitu siklus belok dan bank mulai ngerem kasih kredit, langsung kebuka semua kalau bisnisnya kebesaran buat kemampuan kasnya sendiri.
