Respect is never a one-way street. If someone chooses to show disrespect, they cannot expect respect in return. No one is obligated to be holier than the priest.
As is the evil so is the remedy. Respect earns respect, and contempt invites consequences.
#StopAssaultOnBankers
The Government should take note: the demand for a 5-Day Banking Week is so dear to bankers that even at 13,859 ft, they carry that message and proudly unfurl its flag.

Relative of GM got promotion & butter posting, but a officer had to quit job as he was denied home posting for ailing parents.
Seen enough of disparities in Bank, few people going through harsh conditions coz few enjoying all the privilege.
Who will serve Justice!
Banking sector can't thrive on profitability matrix alone. Its true success is when people feel respected, supported, & heard. Unions & management must foster a culture where mental health can be given importance, else, tragedies will continue & industry will keep on flourishing
A man, who wasn’t a nominee in his sister’s account, tried to withdraw money after she passed away. Bank asked for a death certificate.
He brought her skeleton.
& Country is trolling and shaming the bank people.
Rules se nahi emotion se bank chalaye ab? 🤦😂🙏
Bollywood celebrities do not promote baby food products! In fact, all baby food product ads are banned in India since 1990s. But do you know the man behind it?
Meet Dr. Arun, Nestle’s biggest enemy!
Dr. Arun started his fight with Nestle in 1980s. He noticed that Nestle’s sales agents dressed up as nurses and went to hospitals to convince mothers to stop breastfeeding and give formula to babiesinstead.
The sales agents would also give free baby formula samples to mothers. Mothers would get overdependent on formula, and their breast milk would dry up. As a result, they would have no choice but to give their babies formula.
Dr. Arun and his team fought aggressively, and got the Milk Substitutes Act passed in 1992 which banned all forms of baby food ads!
Breastfeeding has numerous benefits including reducing the risk of obesity and diabetes, and the entire country should thank Dr. Arun for his role in fighting against baby formula!
Dr. Sivaranjani got a court case!
For 8 years, Dr Sivaranjani has been raising concerns about fake ORS! Last week she got a court case from one such company.
Companies in India spend crores on lawyers and Bollywood celebrities. Imagine if they instead spent on good quality ingredients as well?
This is not just a court case on Dr. Sivaranjani, this is also an attack on freedom of speech. Companies should remember that Freedom of Speech allows Freedom to Criticize.
Share this video to support @dr_sivaranjani and help this reach more Indians.
A very pertinent observation by @TamalBandyo ji. Transparency in promotions is not merely an HR ideal—it is central to morale, credibility, and institutional integrity. When processes lack clarity and uniformity, it inevitably impacts motivation and trust at all levels.
As stakeholders in the system, we strongly believe that well-defined, objective, and transparent promotion frameworks are essential for sustaining both performance and fairness in all PSBs.
This is an area that deserves serious, system-wide introspection and reform.
@aiboc_in
Lack of clear advancement opportunities is a leading cause of voluntary turnover, with many employees quitting due to perceived inequities & favouritism. A transparent and logical promotion process is essential to eliminate favoritism, build trust, and motivate employees.
Thanks to Madam Hon'ble FM for your advice to bankers which Officers' Association was repeatedly pursuing in last 2/3 years.Though very late but still your advice will instill some introspection within them. what Officers' Association thinks today others think tomorrow .
Why Indian Youth leaving Bank Jobs!
Must Watch for RBI - Who's Regularly Authority but failed to check Expolitative Banking practices.

Any review of the banking system for Viksit Bharat must start with ground realities—staff shortages, rising workload, and long-pending demands like #5DaysBanking. Strong banks need respected and rested bankers.Preparing banks for Viksit Bharat is impossible without addressing the concerns of bank employees. Structural reforms must go hand in hand with humane work conditions, fair policies, and institutional strengthening.
@aiboc_in
Tax income when it’s earned.
Tax it again when it’s invested.
Tax it again when it grows.
LTCG and dividend tax are nothing but legalized exploitation of honest taxpayers. One has to be astonishingly insensitive to call this fair taxation.

Your Jio fiber team neither cancelling my relocation request since 27th January 2026 nor your engineer installing jio fiber router where this service is already available. Still paying for your Jio fiber service. Look into the matter and solve this problem.
Indian Economy can't move an inch without PSBs : for that they don't want to keep Bankers out of sight. But Bankers assured to work daily 40 mnts more in lieu of 2 more Saturdays off. Even then what's the problem ? Make it clear to common bankers.

@kapsology Banks provide almost all the retail services through Mobile, Internet and Digital lobbies...
Don't see need of visiting branches, for what purpose u stay whole day in Branch!
A strike is not confrontation or unpaid Holiday - it is a legitimate, democratic, and last resort to secure long pending and legitimate demand of #5DaysBanking#BankersOnStrike
India’s entire financial architecture runs on a 5-day work week—
Except the bankers who keep it running. 15 lakh Bank employees are still denied a basic, humane reform.
Parity isn’t a privilege. It’s justice.
A modern economy demands modern work practices.RBI, Govt offices, LIC, and insurers follow a 5-day week—bank employees must too.
Equality at work is not optional.
