Booked a Gait analysis at Runners need in Chiswick. Sales rep had no interest in giving a good service whatsoever. Awful service. Please get in contact about a refund.

Can some please get back to us. We have been on hold for nearly an hour now to customer services. Since we have paid off our holiday you have not answered any of our questions or got back to us. I expect better from #virginholidays@VirginHolsHelp
@airindiain Dear Sirs, what is the status of AI171 departing Ahmedabad on April 15th at 04:55am? Is this flight still going ahead? Please can you confirm as passengers have not been updated and are arranging journeys to the aiport which in turn is risking their lives. Thank you.
