For years we’ve said:
“Don’t worry.”
“A human will approve it.”
That sounded like good governance.
It isn’t.
As AI agents become faster and more capable, humans won’t review every decision.
They’ll approve recommendations they no longer have the time - or the context - to fully understand.
𝗧𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗶𝘀𝗻’𝘁 𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁.
𝗜𝘁’𝘀 𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗿𝗼𝘃𝗮𝗹 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗿.
A manager clicking “Approve” after reviewing hundreds of AI recommendations isn’t making hundreds of decisions.
They’re trusting hundreds of decisions.
There’s a huge difference.
𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗹 𝗾𝘂𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗶𝘀𝗻’𝘁:
“Should a human stay in the loop?”
𝗜𝘁’𝘀:
“When does human judgment actually create value?”
Routine decisions?
Probably not.
Novel situations.
Conflicting objectives.
Ethical trade-offs.
High-impact exceptions.
That’s where human judgment matters.

De verdad que estos rescatistas tienen el cielo ganado, son unos cuatriboleaos. Dios los bendiga siempre. 🙏❤️
Así fue el rescate completo de Fabiana, en La Guaira.
