The rich spend their money on ASSETS that will generate them money to purchase LIABILITIES. We spend all our money on LIABILITIES and never on ASSETS. Then life hits us (family death, loss job etc.)and we don’t have money coming in because we have LIABILITIES

An Asset generates you money. A rental property, Turo rentals, Airbnb to rent, or something that produces money. A liability are expenses. Car note, expensive cloth, eating out, and bad spending habits. The poor and middle class spend money like we are rich👉🏽

Once I left the streets and was able to work legally. I literally worked everywhere. I was a chef at Benihana, landscaping, cutting trees, forklift driver, warehouse jobs, high end restaurants etc. I literally thought it was about having 2x jobs and workin OT

Growing up I saw my parents struggle to pay bills, rent, food, etc. Coming here as an immigrant I’ve learned that it’s not about how many jobs or how hard you work. It’s about knowing the difference between an Asset and a Liability.

Applying for a VISA in Mexico doesn’t mean you will 100% obtain a VISA. It’s not worth going back to a place you know nothing about. Somewhere it is not safe. Here you can walk around with Air-ones or Chains. Not happening over there.

Fu**** up part is in Mexico there are requirements in order to get a VISA. Owning property, being employed, and Clean record. Im 22 years old lived my whole life here in the US have cars, cloth, and a roof over my head. Those things aren’t promised back home.
