@BobbyMilone29 I’m not sure the bat plays in Yankees Stadium. He strikes out and chases, so he has to hit HRs to be successful. His 27 HRs are 19 expected HRs at Yankees Stadium. His bat won’t play the way we’d need it to to give up the haul.
@mike_petriello Legitimate question: does OAA take in information regarding cut off plays and other instances where a fielder is not simply pursuing a batted ball?
@ChrisKirschner Are they not able to get on a phone? They always wait until homestands to make moves it’s a little strange. Rosario on the paternity list was the worst case, but do they hate having people travel? Is it a money thing?
@The_Bleacherss@BobbyMilone29 I think it would be more of a platoon 1B/2B possibly full time DH move, but I’m intrigued by Royce Lewis. His team seems to have soured on him, big bat speed, showed some poise early in his career with his playoff explosion. Not a need, but seems like the type Cash loves.
@BobbyMilone29 It’s coming. He couldn’t possibly run a .145 BABIP with how hard he hits the ball. He should move out of a premium lineup spot until it happens though.
@BobbyMilone29 Not sure they really need a 3B, the platoon is decent. I’d like to see them use their assets to get real bonafide relievers instead of guys they “see something in” this year. Load up the pen and they’ll be very dangerous in October.
