@AmericanAir You haven’t worked with me.

[B Starr Spies @baseball_pearls]

It’s 2021 and @AmericanAir sent me a paper covid credit voucher that I can only use by sending in to them or go to the airport to redeem for a flight. Oh sure, I would love to go to O’Hare and book a flight.

[B Starr Spies @baseball_pearls]

@AmericanAir So I can wait until you receive it to book a flight I want to book today or... for you to tell me that you didn’t receive it or should I wait for you to call me back in 2.1 hours and be told I can’t use. This is an archaic system

[B Starr Spies @baseball_pearls]

@AmericanAir How do you even have a system like this in 2021? I will have to pay for parking and then wait in line to do this. All I want to do is book flights and spend money with your company and use my voucher help

[B Starr Spies @baseball_pearls]
