Well, this is awkward… 😬
In this video with @ShawnRyan762, Brian Harpole says they didn’t have text messages from Charlie Kirk saying someone was trying to kill him.
Not foreign threats.
Not political threats.
So now that alleged texts are being presented suggesting Charlie did say he was worried about being killed, I have questions.
Both things can’t simply be accepted without explaining the contradiction. Which is it?
A federal judge ruled that the DOJ violated the Epstein Files Transparency Act and last week he told the DOJ lawyers that contempt is on the table.
This warning is significant because contempt carries real consequences, and the department cannot claim executive privilege over records that a federal statute specifically requires it to disclose.
The Epstein Act was passed by Congress with bipartisan support and overrides the privilege claim.
Let's see how Todd Blanche tries to slither his way out of this one....
@SashSoulsmith@OwenBenjamin@dan This is the silly argument that he's been presenting over the last 24 hours.
Then he says the point exists in a vacuum and only argues it in a vacuum, and anyone who relates it to the case apparently is an "idiot"
HOLD THE EFF UP
according to the text thread released by Andrew Wilson from September 9 2025 Charlie specifically told Dan Flood to tell Brian Harpole and others that they are there to protect him because he was concerned?
BUT
According to BRIAN HARPOLE he NEVER received anything from Dan?
Not even a peep?
NOTHING!
Charlies friends all told you he was afraid the left would kill him.
Charlies wife told you he was afraid the left would kill him.
Charlie told you he was afraid the left would kill him.
Con artists told you Israel killed him with NO PROOF. NONE.
