Colorado Democrats keep pushing bills that would classify “misgendering” your own child as child abuse and grounds for losing custody (HB 25-1312 in 2025 & SB 26-018 in 2026). Portions of the extreme language were removed in bill revisions but not all of it…

What did pass ensures:
•Schools must affirm kids’ chosen names/pronouns and are not required to inform parents.
•Small businesses must use affirming language or risk CADA lawsuits.

Compelled speech isn’t free speech.

This is dangerous overreach into parental rights and your business. Politicians should not be raising your kids and running your business.
