@AirCanada I have already sent an email in to your Customer Service account, a DM on Twitter, and a private message on Facebook. None have been answered or acknowledged.

[Based in Design @based_in_design]

@AirCanada absolutely unacceptable! My dog was shipped cargo against the request of your receiving end and is now spending the night in a cargo bay?! With no notification? Traveling with you has been a nightmare. Never again.

[Based in Design @based_in_design]

@veniceairport There were no issues today getting him through customs. We were informed the vet was not in on weekends. Air Canada Venice communicated with Montreal, but they sent him regardless

[Based in Design @based_in_design]

@veniceairport my dog is stuck there with no way to go through customs?! Please tell me there is a way, these are not IATA standards.

[Based in Design @based_in_design]

@AirCanada still waiting for you to even read my message via twitter. Your lack of customer service and slow response times is appalling.

@SouthwestAir Hello! I've DM'd and haven't heard an answer and she's called several times only to be disconnected from your end.

[Based in Design @based_in_design]

@SouthwestAir my mother was informed her flight was rebooked, but there are still seats available for purchase on her original flight. What gives? PDX > ELP 3119
