To be fair, though I don’t condone or think his approach was right, these delivery drivers for food are almost exclusively paid in tips. If you don’t tip they make nothing. I think tipping culture is absurd but this is the reality of this business model. If you don’t want to tip get in your car and drive to McDonald’s yourself.

Eh I disagree. My birth pain was intense not painful but I was informed and prepared for pain. Also, there are lots of pros for enduring the pain either way. Motherhood is sacrifice. The pain of childbirth without muting it has many benefits for baby and mother. I had an epidural with my first.
