Do the Royals lead Major League Baseball in striking out on fastballs looking? It seems like it happens so often. That’s the pitch you should want with 2 strikes. Shouldn’t they be looking fastball with two strikes and adjusting to an off-speed? #Royals#MLB
@ryan_landreth I agree. And isn’t one of Tolberts strengths the ability to lay down a bunt?
Play Isbel. Better at the plate. Better in the outfield. Keeps us having the ability to pinch run.
@AndrewJano24@TalkinBaseball_ What makes 3 celebrations after a game tying homer more entertaining than 1 celebration after a game tying home run?
This is such a bad take. We mock NFL DBs/WRs for celebrating after every play. Celebrations do not equal more entertainment.
@gavinbetts10@TalkinBaseball_ I am for emotion and celebration. I just think 3 before you touch home plate is a lot. The guy was huge for the Cubbies today and has been lately. Just a celebration every 90 feet is selfish.
@Thebregoli1@TalkinBaseball_ I am all for him celebrating. 3 times as he goes around the bags. Isn’t that a little much? Celebrate it. Then run. All I am saying.
