If Tech got all the groypers out of his audience, it probably wouldn't account for even 10% of his views. Groypers are not Tech's primary audience. Yall like to blame all the criticism you get on RWers because it helps you ignore the criticism, but in reality the truth is that outside of the community, smash has a bad reputation.

Non-smash players do not like you niggas. They think y'all are weird and toxic, because you are. Y'all got too used to huffing each other's farts in your echo chambers, but outside your bubble if you tell somebody "I go to smash bros tournaments" a lot of people are going to automatically assume that you're weird. And you can thank the 2020 cancellations for that. That shit did irreparable damage to the perception of smash players.
