“specifically russian” but vesna and danica are most commonly used by south slavs and originate from south slavic mythology. trying to fit other slavic cultural representation under the russian umbrella is incredibly annoying esp since a lot of slavs are viewed as just russians +
idk man at the end of the day i can be proud of myself for always trying to be emphatic towards everyone and trying to be polite. you will never catch me behaving like this it tells a lot about the person
@soulselfs@ronpupu2 obviously thats why im talking about ethno discrimination here you can be yelled at for being slavic or not get a job contrary to what the other person said
@ronpupu2@soulselfs in my country ukraians have hard time getting jobs and getting into good schools, theres harmful stereotypes against em and yes sometimes theyre forced to pay more for stuff than my people, obv this cannot be comparable to poc issues but ethnic discrimination still exists.
@ronpupu2@soulselfs this isnt a contest and im not saying it to spite u but dont erase or say theres no struggle at all, educate urself and try to be tiny bit mindful, people do react a bit aggresively when they hear ukraian language at least the conservative old ones do for example
@kyougengoban@4IGNIHYDE twin i will hold ur hand when i say this theres nothing racist about saying that the sheznayan outfit shes wearing feels bare minimum and not culture searched at all. thats not racist nor adding “fuel to the fire” if u cant handle critisism as small as this then twt aint for u
@visionlessdoll black people nor dark skinned, as i said they exist theyre not native but if they have one parent whos slavic they automatically count as one too
@visionlessdoll stop twisting my words, mixed slavic people exist, but if u make sheznayan oc at least try to make the oufit hve some cultural resemblence to their heritage, as i said the skintone doesn’t matter…, but sad trying to victimize urself when my statement havent said anything against
