Vulnerable service user with TBI ....I work with people who have complex problems including homelessness
@ScottishPower have left a TBI patient at home alone with no gas or electricity all day despite over 2 hours 9f calls and 4 different customer advisors
sitting stuck on the phone listening to country music waiting for @SP_EnergyPeople with a vulnerable client who has no power....its crazy two members of staff and one adult with brain injury held in an endless loop ...can't use phone for anything else...help!
