I’m wrapping up the ASU Leadership Institute program, and it’s been an incredible ride, beyond anything I imagined!

Started by @ASU_Alumni Association’s Alissa Serignese and Tonya Gray (inspired by @TempeLeadership, which I also loved), ALI goes deeper than ASU Issue Day ever could.

We meet one Friday a month, rotating across ASU campuses, Tempe, Downtown, West Valley, Mesa MIX Center, and Polytechnic.

The networking with classmates is top-notch, and it’s reignited my connection to my alma mater.

My favorite? The APEX GTS Advisors assessment with Rick Bowers, seeing how I view myself vs. how others do was a game-changer for self-awareness as a leader (shown in the photo).
