لهذه الأسباب يرفضون الإفراج عن الدكتور حسام أبو صفية

لأنه بثوبه الأبيض الذي لطخوه بالدماء، وبإنسانيته العالية وكبريائه الذي بلغ السماء، وبصبره الكبير على ما حل به من ابتلاء، حيث دفن بيديه ابناً من الأبناء، ولأنه رفض تهديدهم وأصر على البقاء.

لقد سَجَن الطبيبُ الإنسان بأخلاقه ووطنيته قادةَ الكيان قبل أن يسجنوه، وحاصرهم قبل أن يحاصروه، وأذلهم قبل أن يذلوه، وهم يعرفون أن خروجه مرفوع الرأس في صفقة تبادل سيهدم عنترياتهم المدعاة، وسيهزم جبروت دباباتهم، التي تقدم نحوها بكل ثبات في أحلك الأوقات.
