Man with stubble, "Small boats arrivals are 37,000. There are over 4 million kids in child poverty. And 4.5 million who can't get a dentist appointment" #BBCQT
"We spend 90% of the media discourse on the 37,000. How much more could we achieve if we put that effort into the 4.5 million?"
Well said that man 👏
Israel has banned any of the Palestinian hostages being released today, or their families, from speaking to the media.
Their voices or pictures of their torture to be hidden from the world.
If they do they'll murder them.
This isn't a peace deal - it's further dehumanisation and oppression.

A Palestine Red Crescent staff member tries to calm down a terrified girl who was afraid of crossing the evacuation corridor due to the Israeli army's presence.
Children of Palestine 🇵🇸 , holocaust survivors .
This is indeed devastating: an extremely detailed investigative journalism piece by mainstream Dutch newspaper De Volkskrant looked in minute details into 114 cases of young Palestinian children with single gunshot wounds to the head or chest.
Their conclusion? That the overwhelming evidence points to deliberate, targeted shooting of children, primarily by snipers.

There are 110,000 angry people marching in London today
They're angry at the small boats crisis, even though this started as a result of Brexit
They're angry at a lack of public services and housing, even though this was the result of 14 years of underfunding by the Conservatives
And they're angry because of lies and half truths spreading like wildfire on social media, it started with Brexit and it's just gotten worse, and the Online Safety Act doesn't come close to addressing fake news or bot farms etc
I had hoped that Keir Starmer as a former director of public prosecutions would have come into office and addressed these thingd
Instead, Starmer has fuelled division - island of strangers, he's targeted asylum seekers and migrants instead of explaining the cause of the rise being Brexit, he's silent on migrants adding value to our society. And he's done diddly squat to address fake news online
Starmer's make Brexit work not only makes us poorer by £140 billion a year but by keeping us poorer Starmer's Labour have gone after the elderly, the disabled, the poor, and kept children in poverty while refusing a wealth tax on the rich instead
The hope I had for change when Labour came in with a landslide is gone, as is my hope that Labour would do better than the Conservatives; instead they've capitulated to the populist narrative and become an echo of who the Labour party once was
So as these 110,000 march through central London chanting "Keir Starmer is a w*nker.. Jesus is king," let's be very clear
This situation arose because of Starmer's inaction to address these underly concerns. The past year in office has been wasted as the leadership we sought has not appeared
Are there good Labour MPs? Absolutely. But the majority of them remain silent making them complicit in this God-awful situation our country finds itself in
What I want to hear from Labour MPs:
➡️ We can't afford stuff as Brexit has made us poorer, if we want more wealth and more public services, we should join an EU Customs Union and perhaps the Single Market too
➡️ Small boats crisis is a result of Brexit, we can mitigate with safe and legal routes
➡️ A government owned and run social house building initiative to make social housing and affordable homes
➡️ Addressing fake news, fake accounts and bot farms, so they don't damage conversations on social media
➡️ And a concerted effort to stop blaming migrants or asylum seekers for problems neither of them have created
That would be leadership
Tragically, I don't see the Labour government leading at the moment
So the angry people will continue being angry and our society will continue to weaken
And I never thought I'd see Conservative levels of chaos from Labour - so sad for all of us
BREAKING:
Israel has committed yet another horrific massacre in Gaza.
They dropped a bomb on a bakery where Palestinians were lined up for bread.
At least 12 starving civilians were slaughtered in an instant.
This is not an accident.
These massacres happen every single day.
⚡️🇵🇸JUST IN:
On Saturday, August 30, Today, Israel killed at least 70 Palestinians including at least 40 in Gaza City so far. An Israeli strike took place at a bakery in the Al-Nasr neighborhood of Gaza City, where the strike hit civilians, including many children, waiting for bread. More than 12 were killed and dozens wounded. Meanwhile, heavy shelling and demolitions continued in Al-Zaytoun and Al-Sabra.
The war on food persists: infant Rania Ghaben died from severe malnutrition, raising the toll to 50 starvation victims so far, including 17 aid seekers.
In the past 7 days, at least 548 Palestinians were killed in Gaza, including 158 seeking aid and 59 from starvation
This is barely a 2-year-old girl that wants to fill her two gallons of water.
On which planet are we living to allow this to happen? How cruel, monstrous this world is!
Unforgivable. Unfathomable trauma on children.
Today, more starving Palestinians were lured into “aid distribution sites”.
They went in hope that they might find a bag of flour.
They were gunned down and murdered instead.
What utter inhumanity. End all arms sales to Israel, now.
as Israel and the US have launched their depraved murderous war on Iran, remember that genocidal Zionists have been preparing it for a long time, and had set the target for Iran after their destruction of Afghanistan, Iraq, Libya, Lebanon, Syria, Somalia and Sudan. It was all planned out:
