@HDFCBank_Cares Dear Sir, it’s been more than 45 days and I don’t know how many calls and emails had already been made but team failed to close it and every time they say back end team is working on it and they wl close in 2 days. Unfortunelty I don’t see any progress.

Bus got broken at Nelamangala on 06.10.24night & aftr waiting two hr on road ksrtc conductor asked me to board Airawat with two little kids without thinking about their safety in sitting (2.5 yr & 5.5 yr) also no refund amt.

@KSRTC_Journeys @nw_krtc It was such a bad travel i experienced and I would never and ever travel again in KSRTC or NWRTC. At least they would hv checked bus condition bfr started the journey. Deepo ppl had not responded to any of their calls thts Wht I heard.
