Deploying the Qianfan PaddleOCR model on the Ausu 16 Pro using LM Studio for text recognition was very fast. The ChatGPT OSS 20B also responded quickly.

I scanned some old books, ran OCR on them to generate TXT files, fed them into a LLM for RAG, and built my own knowledge base.

For privacy reasons, I'm using a locally deployed offline LLM for processing. PaddleOCR is a solid OCR model.
