Dear Recruiters,
If you’ve already decided who’s getting the job, please, let’s normalize not holding interviews just for the sake of it.
People are out here borrowing money for transport, buying clothes they can’t afford, and building up hope they can’t afford to lose. It’s rough out there.
A little transparency goes a long way. It’s not just about the job; it’s about respecting people’s time, effort, and dignity.
I hate how social media makes us forget that life has stages. It’s normal to be broke, to have broke friends or partners and yes it’s even normal to be unemployed at times. These are phases we all go through.
Some people are lucky enough to find good jobs at a young age and afford a certain lifestyle. Others take longer and that’s perfectly okay. We need to stop comparing ourselves and start accepting our journey. I just want all of us to be at peace with where we are in life while still working and striving for better.

This whole system in our society is built on fear:
•Government: Obey or jail.
•School: Obey or fail.
•Religion: Obey or burn in hell.
•Work: Obey or starve.
•Society: Conform or shame.
A lot of young people are battling with depression silently and it's not even about relationships. They just want to win. May God heal whatever is hurting you.
