When my colleagues at work prepare any document or court process and put my name to sign, I always ask them why they don’t want to put their names, and take credit for their own work? Fine, I am the boss, but you prepared it, it’s your brain work, why don’t you want to take ownership? You don’t want to shine and known too?

Except for cases I am personally interested in, and want to conduct for other reasons, it’s not a must I sign all documents originating from you. It’s not a one-man show business. I want you to be known as well. I want you to take credit and ownership as well.

I have worked in places where only seniors and partners can sign or conduct certain proceedings, including trials. But here, as long as you are a lawyer, be ready to sign documents and conduct any type of proceedings. Our golden principle is: nobody is too young to lead and nobody is too big to be led.
