@realDonaldTrump reminds me of a local boucher in my area in Tangmarg. He had some fight with a Bakerwal who was supplying him goats. The Bakerwal thrashed him left, right and centre and took his genuinely deserved money. When the boucher returned to his shop in the market, somebody asked him, 'we heard u were thrashed by the Bakerwal?'

I may disagree with you on lots of things, but certainly I agree that it is ordinary Kashmiris, both Hindus and Muslims who have safe guarded and nurtured the idea of inclusive Kashmir. Problem is, they don't have a say. Right now it is Kashmir and Jammu. While NC claims to be sole voice of Kashmir, claiming the ownership of that silent ordinary Kashmiri Muslim section; BJP claims to be sole representative of Jammu region, including the silent ordinary Kashmiri Hindu section. No one is thinking of devising an innotive strategy to defeat this strategy of befooling people.

This evening, my younger sister got sick and was rushed to SDH Tangmarg. Doctor advised ECG. In ECG section there was no light at all. The process was done under mobile phone lights. Request MLA Gulmarg, @ Farooq Ahmad Shah Sb to plz look into the matter.

A friend of mine, who served in law department, is now retired. Today, June 09, 2026, he went to Civil Secretariat Treasury, Jammu to forgo his medical allowance. Shocking - the entire treasury was closed, as the Darbar has shifted back to Srinagar. Though many departments have kept some staff in their own departments in Jammu, who listen to the grievances of people in Jammu region, but the Civil Secretariat Treasury is completely closed.

Now, for a routine and very simple work, this friend of mine has to travel to Srinagar, hunt for transportation and accommodation and pay for it from his pension. Ideally, such facilities should have been at the doorsteps, but know, government has no regard for senior citizens.

Though I am angry for what my friend faced today in the scorching heat of Jammu, he, being a polite person, requests Director General of Accounts & Treasuries to keep the Civil Secretariat Treasury open in Jammu, which is connected to many pensioners, and keep it working, post your staff there who will resolve the problems. @OfficeOfLGJandK
