Quite a sad news of untimely death of a nice man, Mr Derk Sauer, who combined his humanity nature with business ideas and established a unique brand and company “Independent Media”, producing “The Moscow Times”, and various glossy magazines.

Now that the court of competent jurisdiction has spoken that:
I) AGM 2024 is in order and fully upheld
I) The Electoral Committee acted within its mandate
iii) The so-called “Transition Committee” is unconstitutional.

Therefore, all actions taken by this committee is null and void, including the so called election of May 3rd 2025.

This ruling should be a lesson to everyone and as it reinforces the legal and constitutional foundation of NIDOE’s leadership and confirms once and for all that no
