@Airtel_Presence my Xsafe camera stopped working. I raised a service request 1-1V92LUZ5 and was told the engineer would attend to it within 48 hours. It's been 2 days and I haven't even heard from the service engineer. Very disappointing service.

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia If there's a pan India problem with the Airtel Xsafe app, then please put out some official notice! There's no response from customer service. The app is useless and defeats the purpose of having cameras.
