Passing through Lisbon Airport today and seeing these our brothers who work at the baggage check in area made me remember one of our guys who came in to UK post pandemic . He had experience in Naija airport services as a top level staff but he managed to get a job at Heathrow doing this baggage check ins. Just recently, he got promoted to supervisor. In your japa journey, every experience is a plus. If you find your footings in your sector, you can manage to work your way up. The future is always bright

I don’t believe in praising leaders simply for doing the job they campaigned to do. Accountability isn’t a favour; it’s the responsibility that comes with the office.

But I also don’t believe in withholding praise when someone is genuinely putting in the work.

In a country where we’ve become used to leaders doing the bare minimum or nothing at all and where many past @nard_nigeria administrations didn’t consistently show this level of visibility, communication, passion, and accountability, it’s only fair to acknowledge good leadership when we see it.

So yes, I want to commend the President of NARD @mohagirei for the work done so far. The effort is visible. The passion is evident. The willingness to engage members and carry them along has not gone unnoticed.

And because we want this administration to succeed, we’ll also continue to hold it accountable. We’ll celebrate the wins, point out the shortcomings, ask the difficult questions, and keep pushing for even better.

That’s how leadership should work. Praise when it’s deserved. Accountability at all times.
