And we win most of our cases. Of course we handle tough cases against well funded hedge funds and their white shoe lawyers. But we regularly beat them up. The quality of the legal work (we actually made law in several federal and state courts) doesn’t always translate into wins. By the time some companies get to us - it’s an uphill battle.

If she is working in a state that has min wage of $15.00 that’s more than enough. Remember tipping only started because wait staff were making 2.15 and hour. Thats what 20% of the bill was normal.
