UPDATE (2) - someone attended and some jetting! Part of the blockage cleared... But didn't bring the right parts to clear fully the blockage so they have to come back on Monday. So, still a miserable weekend ahead. Why has @stwater ignored warnings since May to fix only now ?

@WaterWatchdog @stwater Thanks - for sure I will be - but with my parents ankle-deep in the combined effluent of their town, I am for now focused on getting them the help they need which @stwater cannot provide until Monday. It's just not good enough - risks both physical and mental health.
