@Uber_Support do not ever support uber. They defraud their customers do not care about loyalty and I've reported them to the CFPB. Consumer financial protection bureau with evidence of their fraud. Also with a statement from @tiffstreats saying they never received payment
@tiffstreats Please help me to get my refund from uber eats for an order. I was asked to cancel by an employee bc what o ordered was not available and I was never given a refund by @UberEats.
@tiffstreats your store asked me to cancel an order because they didn't have my order available so I did. And @UberEats kept the money! They refuse to refund me for an order that was never started. They also claim you have the money. So who do I report for fraud? You or uber?

@Uber_Support@UberEats@FTC uber refuses to release the money to the merchant so I can pick up the order I paid for. They refuse to refund it to me so that I can have access to the order they agreed to arrange for me. When they failed they decided to keep my money for themself
@Uber_Support@UberEats@FTC this will be the biggest fraud uncovering. Not only is uber keeping money meant for their merchants they are defrauding millions of their customers by making us pay for food that was never prepared. & still not giving those funds to the merchant
@Uber_Support you told me that you're not gonna refund me for an order even though your platform was giving me an error message during the 48 hour time limit. If the cancellation of $37 is also for the restaurant so why wasnt it given to the restaurant? @FTC
@Uber_Support The restaurant was more than happy to give me my order except they were never paid for it by uber !!! so where did my money go? To uber??? That is FRAUD @FTC
@tiffstreats can you confirm if you were paid for an order for Basi on march 2nd in Houston midtown location. @Uber_Support & @UberEats said you were paid for a cancelled order so I want the answer to be here for everyone to know if they are committing fraud.

So let's ask @Uber_Support@UberEats@FTC . @FTC uber is committing fraud to steal $ from restaurants & customers using their platform by keeping $ from fraudulently claiming orders were cancelled after they were started.
@Uber_Support is telling customers that they are paying the restaurant for orders cancelled after they are started but they aren't!! @tiffstreats never got paid for my order yet @UberEats is keeping the $ instead of refunding me for an order than was never started!

@UberEats it's an error for reporting problems with your order. I did a pick up order they say they didn't start when I arrived at the restaurant and they told me I can cancel since they didn't start. I cancelled and got a charge bc it said order was started already..
@Uber_Support I went to the restaurant and they say they refunded it and did not get paid for that order so why are you keeping money? That's against the law. Fraud! Fraud fraud!!!!! Uber is committing FRAUD!
@Uber_Support hello I cancelled an order because the restaurant never started it. They told me to cancel it because they never started. But you guys charged me because you said that they started. Im unable to report it because ubers having an error. To not refund me is FRAUD.
