MoreInMyBasket, a SNAP Outreach program, was created by Dr. Carolyn Bird. MIMB focuses on assisting likely-eligible people to access SNAP for a healthy diet.
In North Carolina, SNAP is also called FNS (Food & Nutrition Services). The two names stand for the same program. If you get approved for SNAP/FNS, you will receive an EBT card, that contains benefits. If you have questions about it, send us a form by accessing the π in our bio.
