1. Economic Worries or Inflation: Gold is considered a safe investment when people are worried about things like inflation or economic trouble. If gold is climbing, it might mean investors are nervous about the economy, which can lead to less confidence in stocks.

2. Interest Rates: Rising gold prices often suggest concerns about low real interest rates. If inflation is going up but interest rates stay low, people might pull money out of stocks and bonds, making gold more appealing as a safe bet.

3. Stock Market Impact: Gold and stocks usually move in opposite directions. When gold spikes, it can mean investors are shifting away from stocks, expecting more market volatility or economic problems. This could lead to a drop or more caution in the stock market.

My stance on #Bitcoin remains unchanged :-

#Bitcoin surged 20% within a few days following the first rate cut in 2019, similar to what we are witnessing right now.

However, #Bitcoin later corrected by 40% when conditions, including inflation and interest rates, were much more stable than they are now. It remained in a downtrend for a good 3-4 months before the major bull run began.

At the same time, the SPX continued to reach all-time highs.

Now, the current scenario is mirroring that 20-25% surge following the first rate cut.

The only positive catalyst driving the markets higher seems to be the pre-presidential rally, which is merely extending the post-rate-cut pump.

The longer this pump extends, the bigger the eventual correction will be.

The charts clearly show that most altcoins didn’t experience a significant rally while #Bitcoin moved from $58K to $69K; only low-cap coins and meme tokens surged heavily.

This indicates that capital isn’t flowing in the right direction — it can’t be solely a low-cap or meme token season, which means market structure is not strong.

I had anticipated and predicted this rally before when #Bitcoin was at $58K, and we traded accordingly with long and short positions.

Again, I am reiterating; if this rally continues post-election, it will come as a surprise to me and serve as an invalidation of my outlook.
