@lufthansa 35.00 Euros?! Absolute disgrace! After 3 days of flying due to delays, luggage lost for 35 days! No clothes or belongings the ENTIRE trip! You have got to be kidding! Star Alliance? This is what you call customer service? So dissatisfied.

@salty8085 @lufthansa Oh my god! This is horrible! I’m so sorry to hear this. My mother and I flew with Lufthansa in December and our baggage is still missing! 2 large suitcases. We have gotten the run around every single day! Worst airline in the world. Don’t care about customer service 😞
