What ragnick faced is exactly what Eth is facing now. Players that can’t listen to simple instructions and can’t maintain a certain level of performance for 90mins
When you start being an adult, as in, fending for yourself in every way, you realise just how difficult life is for people. It’s humbling. I have so much sympathy for people who have to do this with less resources or support. I can never look down on anyone
When the truth is too painful to accept, it is easier for some to concoct lies and whataboutism in their defense.
I remember my grandfather’s first political adventure. He realized that a lot of the members of his party were in a certain cult. He asked his brother why so?
So that’s Greenwood & Antony (gone for now).
Sancho (if he can pick himself up), Pellistri, Amad (still injured) are all looking like the options available now.
God forbid EtH goes & plays Bruno or Mount on the RW.
United need to get their act together man.
Damn.
With the way Nigeria is setup, this foodtech idea you presented is not scalable. I will explain.
You emphasized what we call the last-mile in logistics. The problem now is that the upstream is completely broken. Inflation figures show that food inflation has been a major driver of inflation in Nigeria. This inflation is a result of the broken supply chain.
Farmers have been under pressure over the past decade because of herdsmen and kidnapping crisis. The road infrastructure to bring raw materials from remote farms to urban areas is terrible. Let’s not talk about the police checkpoints you will meet every 2 kilometers. We also have very poor storage facilities for food. Let’s not even talk about electricity to extend shelf life of raw food materials.
Until we sort out these basic things - security, roads, electricity, police check points wahala - everything is just conjecture.
Oh, he will appeal. He will go the whole 9 yards, and I want him to, for the sake of posterity.
The most important thing about Peter Obi's candidacy isn't just whether he wins or loses; it's the fact that the commonest of Nigerians are now fully aware of how deep the impunity runs. It's the fact that he's shining the torchlight on every single institution that have hitherto carried out their impunity under the cover of secrecy. I am glad.
Once elections have been held and a winner is announced, we must follow the Jonathan doctrine and accept the people's verdict in the interest of democracy and the nation. Our elections don't have to end in the courts. But now that we have found ourselves in this position, and the courts have spoken, let us put national interest above self-interest, accept the verdict, and move on so the nation can advance.
Bola Ahmed Tinubu, @officialABAT, is the duly elected and undisputed President of Nigeria, @NGRPresident, and this judgment should settle all questions and erase all doubts.
I commend the judges of the Presidential Election Petition Court for doing a challenging job exceptionally well. It was democracy that won. So, I commend both the President and his challengers.
Coincidentally, this verdict is coming as the President marks a hundred days in office, days that have been eventful, effective and decisive. And now, without this unnecessary uncertainty hanging over his head, we can expect even better days.
Finally, I call on supporters of all the parties to this now settled case to be mindful of recent events on our continent and thus tailor their words and actions to promote the peace, progress and prosperity of Nigeria as one democratic and united nation under God. #PEPCJudgment
Nigerians love their masters. They see this set of people & blindly believe they can never do wrong in their eyes so supporting them doing the bad thing is seen as getting back at those who don’t support them. It’s a game to them. Your life is a game. Someone call PlayStation.
