TRUMP WILL RESPECT FED DECISION

NEC Director Kevin Hassett says President Trump will respect whatever decision the Federal Reserve makes on Wednesday.

Markets widely expect the Fed to raise interest rates, with another hike potentially coming later this year.

The comments come ahead of a closely watched decision from Fed Chair Kevin Warsh.

$SPX’s implied move for the week has jumped to 127 points, with Wednesday’s highly anticipated FOMC decision likely driving the VOL. Fed funds futures are pricing in an 85% chance of a rate hike, yet there’s still plenty of skepticism that the Fed will follow through.
