my little social app just crossed 2M users and $2M ARR 🥹🎉
still no employees/cofounders + 100% bootstrapped
some days this still doesnt feel real
2 years ago nomadtable was just an idea i wrote in my notes app on my solo trip
now it’s the go to way that solo travelers connect
somehow i turned this crazy dream into a reality. you can really do anything you want if you’re passionate enough
This is a new kind of digital product. It doesn’t need to be complicated. You just need to create an agent that solves one of your own problems, and there will definitely be someone out there who needs it too.
You don’t need to build a full project. Just sell the AI workflow.
In 2026 and beyond:
attention = revenue.
You can have the best product, the best tech, the best team…
But if nobody sees it, nobody buys it.
Distribution is no longer optional.
It’s the whole game.
Organic only works when your app is built to go viral.
If your app is too normal, it’s very hard to make organic work unless you’re building something completely new that no one has ever seen before and user super need it.
But that’s extremely hard and risky.
The easier path:
Build in a validated market, then make the product better, cleaner, more beautiful, and more creative.
Don’t build product first, marketing later.
Build with a viral-first mindset from day one.
A few years ago:
Hire creators
Wait days
Edit manually
Launch ads
Now:
Claude Code → Arcads MCP → Meta Ads
One prompt can generate enough UGC
variations to test an entire campaign.
The speed difference is crazy. 🧑🌾
none of my apps were original.
PrayScreen was Opal for Christians.
Magic Music was a Suno wrapper.
Bible Buddy was ChatGPT for journaling.
they sold for over $500k combined.
find something working.
change one variable.
ship fast.
SOMEONE BUILT A B2C APP THAT HIDES EVERYTHING 😭
AND IT WENT MEGA VIRAL
you can only read whats below
your hand
like when you try to hide
homework from your peers
there are password apps making
$700k/mo... privacy is a big deal.
whos launching this fr?
We scaled Higgsfield to a $400M run rate and 24M+ users in just 13 months after launch.
That makes us the fastest-growing video AI startups in the world.
But Ive never shared how it started. Here’s the story:
now that AI is really good i feel its become silly not to use the complex solutions that are 100x cheaper in terms of infrastructure for software.
example: i avoided using cloudflare r2 before cause the docs for my other provider were easier to follow and implement... now i just tell AI: use this and make it work, it does it.
Stripe is a $65 BILLION company??????
SIXTY FIVE BILLION??????

And you think your SaaS idea
is too simple?
Think again.
If you don’t know how to start marketing your product…
Just post daily.
X, TikTok, IG, LinkedIn, any social network.
You don’t need a perfect strategy at the beginning.
You need reps.
Ship content, test angles, learn from the market, repeat.
stop wasting your time, this how
to build a $800,000/year app
from someone who's actually done it:
1. Obsses over product, we optimize every little thing,
We track every action from our users, and only make data drive decisions.
2. Have a UGC program that you lead, start making minimum of 60 videos/mo
following viral formats in your
niche yourself.
3. Scale your UGC team slowly, hire 1-2 people to make content with you.
Pay $15/video or $10/video and pass along the viral formats you find to them
This alone will get you to $10k/mo
4.Put your videos on TikTok spark ads ( we use singular mmp )
thats it 4 steps,
This is exactly what we did,
and what we still do
