The ‘draw’ phrase is just too ambiguous, to me that isn’t a ‘will it definitely be on these topics’ given as well that they only stated some of the material. It’s nasty of them I see that but it’s AQA after all
@eviepearson14@HollyCarter_@sto2oct@AQA The wording is ambiguous, ‘some’ of the material is listed. Higher tariff questions will ‘draw’ on this. It’s not overly specific if you ask me. Paper 1 taught us they will not stick to AI. It’s foul play from AQA but they might have themselves covered with the wording.
@kt7103 Same I felt after paper 1 I couldn’t trust them, it was a big lesson there. I really do feel for students who didn’t get it but I’m glad some of us did. It’ll be interesting to see what AQA do
@bastable_jess@AQA AQA explicitly stated that the topics on the advanced info list were the 5 mark and higher questions. Nuisance and ryland v fletcher was not specified. We are responsible students and it isn’t our fault
@AQA it’s says some aspects not all, there was not enough listed in the AI to cover all questions anyway. Responsible students should have seen this and revised everything #aqalaw#paper2law
