@theferocity Moved to CA 1.5 yrs ago after 20 yrs in NYC and growing up in the Midwest. I had no idea you DIDN’T need to be hunkered down, cold for 6 months out of year! It makes you feel like there is more time to work with, and trust I was expecting to hate it!

@KiaRichards_ Peaky Blinders is so good! The modern soundtrack juxtaposed to the time the series is set in is electric and Aunt Polly is one of the fiercer females out there! Broadchurch (Olivia Coleman Pre Oscar) and Night Manager (Hugh Laurie) also outstanding.

@KieseLaymon Quest had a series breaking down songs that changed us, Jesus Walks, was one covered. In that episode they showed footage of Kanye and Donda before the fame. Tears. They were each other’s spines. If you can find the episode, worth the time. OutKast episode also worth the time.

@Kazeem A comfortable couch is a real thing. Need to do a fabric test… if you need to slide to comfort without a shirt creep might consider leather… and be wary of too comfortable as it becomes a sleeping pill… that’s if your shopping for couches!
